Warranty & Returns Policy

1. Warranty Information

 

1.1 Limited Warranty

Fobricated Holders, LLC. ("Company," "we," "our," "us") stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 36-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

1.2 What is Covered?

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Structural integrity of the product under normal use conditions.

 

1.3 What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

 

1.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@fobricatedholders.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. If the claim is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the defective product to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will either repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

 

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

 

2.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products that have been used or modified in any way.

 

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at your expense.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.

 

2.4 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was purchased as a gift, refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.

 

2.5 Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact us at returns@fobricatedholders.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please contact us immediately at returns@fobricatedholders.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
